Return Policy
We have a return policy of 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Info@dooek.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
- Refunds
We will let you know as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and indicate whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
