Ons verhaal begon in onze eigen keuken. Gefrustreerd door stapels plastic zakjes en aluminiumfolie gingen we op zoek naar een alternatief. Toen we ontdekten dat bijenwasdoeken brood en groente écht langer vers houden, wisten we dat dit groter kon worden.
Duurzaamheid gaat verder dan materialen
Vandaag werken we samen met mensen en partners die onze missie delen. Inclusie is daarbij een sleutelwoord: samen met Ipse de Bruggen zorgen we dat iedere bestelling met zorg en toewijding wordt voorbereid. Voor ons gaat duurzaamheid niet alleen om materialen, maar ook om mensen.

What is a beeswax cloth exactly?
A beeswax wrap is organic cotton coated with beeswax, coconut oil, and tree resin. This creates a breathable, antibacterial, and self-adhesive cloth that keeps food fresh longer.
How do I use a beeswax wrap?
Warm the cloth briefly with your hands, wrap it around bread, cheese, or a dish, and set it aside. The beeswax ensures that the cloth stays in place.
How do I clean my beeswax wraps?
Rinse the wrap with cold water and optionally use a drop of dish soap. Lay the wrap down to let it dry.
How much plastic do I save with one wrap?
One beeswax wrap replaces hundreds of disposable films. With, for example, a 3-pack, you quickly save 600 disposable packages per year.
What is your social impact?
